In sports entertainment there have been many double turns.   A double turn is the toughest act to pull off in pro wrestling: it takes two characters who the fans are willing to switch feelings for, and two performers to effectively pull it off in one match.

In entertainment, double turns can happen on the big and small screen.

In sports entertainment, the greatest double turn was Bret Hart vs Steve Austin at Wrestlemania XIII

In entertainment, the greatest double turn is Rocky IV.  If you don't know what that means, you are probably from Canada.

Rarely does does a double happen in professional sports.

It did on Monday night, when some fans of the Toronto Raptors choose to cheer the season ending injury of Keven Durant when he was helped off the court in the first half of Game 5 of the NBA Finals.

The Toronto Raptors went from the "underdog" team from the North to bullies of the NBA. Although, maybe only 15% of the Raptors fans were cheering, it was enough to make the smallest of interest of an NBA fan want to cheer for the Warriors.

The Golden State Warriors had been seen as the "rich getting richer" after adding Kevin Durant to their already championship caliber team.  People cheered for the Raptors only because "they wanted someone else to win for a change".

But then a new change happened and because of the lack of sportsmanship of a few in the North that night- people want the Warriors to beat the Raptors instead of lose to them.

I guess what I am trying to say, is...

I came here tonight, I didn't know what to expect. I seen a lot of people hate me and I didn't know what to feel about that so I guess they didn't like much nothin' either. During this fight, I've seen a lot of changing, the way you felt about me, and in the way I felt about you. In here, there were two guys killing each other, but I guess that's better than 20 million. I guess what I'm trying to say, is that if I can change, and you can change, everybody can change!

So tonight with the support of the United States, the Warriors will win Game 6 of the NBA Finals and force a Game 7 on Sunday.

And here is another reason to cheer for the Warriors...
