This weekend, one of the greatest traditions in college football- the Army-Navy Game, will happen for the 120th time.  Although today we know the game as an annual tradition (and it has been such since 1930), there have been 10 times when the Army-Navy game was not played. Since 2009, the game has been held on the Saturday following the FBS Conference Championship weekend.

Rock Island Arsenal tenant units- Army (First Army, Army Sustainment Command and Joint Munitions Command) will take on Navy (Naval Operational Support Command, USMC Reserves and US Coast Guard) in a flag football game at Memorial Field on Friday, December 13th at noon.

Pre-game activities begin at 11:45.  The game is open to soldiers, retirees, families, and civilians to attend.  There will be a food truck from The Los Primos Mexican Grill, as well.

The Lock & Dam Lounge will host the award ceremony on Saturday, December 14 at 2:00 PM prior to the actual Army-Navy Game.

The winner of the Army-Navy game wins the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy and LTG
