I've heard of that grass-fed beef that costs an extra $20, but I've never heard the effects of a full fast-food diet on the quality of beef.

One customer waiting in the drive thru of a McDonald's in Marshfield, Wisconsin saw a car in front of them that had a cow in the backseat.

Jessica R. Nelson, of Mosinee shared the video of her 1 o'clock visit to the fast food restaurant.

“A WHOLE FREAKING COW!!!” she wrote. “Tell me you live in Wisconsin without telling me you live in Wisconsin.”

She told USA Today that she thought the cow was fake until she saw the head move.

"I realized it was 100 percent real," she said. "No one seemed to be as interested as I was. I was the only one with my phone out."

She found out the story was that a man named Bernie had purchased three calves at the fair, and decided to stop for lunch on his way home.
