On Tuesday, Dec. 3, and Wednesday, Dec. 4, the 2019 All-Big Ten Conference teams and individual football award winners will be announced live on BTN. Tomorrow at 4 p.m. CT/5 p.m. ET, the coaches’ and media All-Big Ten defensive teams, as well as individual defensive award winners and the coach of the year, will be unveiled on The B1G Show. Wednesday at 4 p.m. CT/5 p.m. ET on The B1G Show, the coaches’ and media All-Big Ten offensive selections will be announced, in addition to the individual offensive award winners and freshman of the year recipient.

Here are our predictions for the individual awards announced on Tuesday:

  • Nagurski-Woodson Defensive Player of the Year-- Chase Young, OSU
  • Smith-Brown Defensive Lineman of the Year-- Chase Young, OSU
  • Butkus-Fitzgerald Linebacker of the Yea-- Dele Harding, Illinoisr
  • Tatum-Woodson Defensive Back of the Year-- Antoine Winfield, Minnesota
  • Bakken-Andersen Kicker of the Year-- Keith Duncan, Iowa
  • Eddleman-Fields Punter of the Year-- Blake Higgins, Illinois
  • Rodgers-Dwight Return Specialist of the Year-- Javon Leake, Maryland
  • Hayes-Schembechler Coach of the Year (coaches vote)-- PJ Fleck, Minnesota
  • Dave McClain Coach of the Year (media vote)-- Ryan Day, Ohio Sate
